Eworks has a new look. Here's why.
Eworks has always been built for one thing: helping trade and field service businesses run their day without the chaos. Over the past year, that product has grown faster than ever, and we’ve reached a point where our old look no longer matched what we’ve built.
So, at Installer Show 2026, we soft-launched something new. A full platform rebrand, live across the system, the mobile app, and the customer portal.
This isn’t a cosmetic tweak. It reflects real change underneath.
What’s actually changed
The mobile app has had the biggest visible refresh. Cleaner navigation, a sharper look, and a layout built around how your field team actually works through a job, so nothing gets in the way between them and the next task.
Alongside the new look, we’ve also rolled out a run of features designed to cut friction out of daily work:
- Trust This Device gives your team secure login without the usual hassle. Less time getting into the system, more time doing the job.
- Video attachments on mobile mean your field team can document jobs, leads, quotes, and purchase orders with full context, not just a photo and a guess.
- Auto Text on mobile cuts down typing so field teams can move through jobs faster.
- Eworks Assistant gives instant answers to common questions like “how do I raise a job”, so new starters get up to speed without waiting on someone else. It’s coming soon, and it’s the first step towards Eworks Assistant becoming a true AI-powered concierge, one that grows more capable and valuable the more it learns.
We’ve also rebuilt the customer portal behind the scenes, with a more secure setup and upgraded dashboards, jobs, invoices, and assets, for those of you who use it day to day.
What hasn’t changed
Your account manager and our support team are still exactly the people you already know. That doesn’t change.
Most of what you see in this update started with something a customer told us, through a support ticket, a call with their account manager, or a conversation at Installer Show. We’ll keep listening the same way, so if there’s something you want to see next, your account manager or our support team is the place to send it.
“Eworks has grown into something trade businesses genuinely rely on, and it deserves a brand that reflects that,” says Steven Shiels, Managing Director at Eworks. “This is about giving our customers a platform that looks and feels as sharp as the job it does for them every day.”
What’s next
This is just the start. We’ll keep refining, keep listening, and keep building on the momentum from the Installer Show.
If you were there and saw it first, thank you for being part of that. If you weren’t, welcome to the new Eworks.
