Job Scheduling Using Our Mobile App

Our system also tracks the times of each user, ensuring that you quote your jobs accurately. This occurs when the mobile user accepts and changes the status of an appointment on the App.
Each user's travel and on-site time also adds to the costs of the job. All you need to add is your labour and travel time with the correct number of hours. Once completed, you can send the job through for authorisation and invoicing with a few clicks of a button.
Drag and Drop Tasks in the Time Planner
As jobs are created and allocated to your team, they are slotted into an available appointment on the Time Planner. The planner gives you a visual of all your scheduled appointments. If your office is unsure about who to assign a job to, they can allocate the job directly from the Time Planner.
With the drag and drop function, the job quickly gets added into an empty appointment slot. This automatically sends the job to your field worker once saved. Jobs that are scheduled as floating appointments (with no specific date or time; only a completion date) will only show on the Time Planner when the user actions that they are on-route to the appointment.
Track Time Spent on Projects
Each job attached to a project adds to the time spent on a project. When a job is linked to a project, our system records, stores and joins each workers' time to the relevant report. The total time of the project is shown on the report with a breakdown of each workers time.
Real-Time Updates
The Live Panel assists your office staff with making faster and more efficient decisions to responses received from your workers. The live panel gives you a live feed of the progress of jobs in the field, including their state. This ensures the designated office staff can authorise and send jobs for invoicing almost instantly after completion.

Once they arrive on-site, they can choose the job status 'On-Site', and the timesheet tracking will begin to track the time they spend on-site.
