We offer you in-house and over the phone training at any time throughout your subscription whenever you feel like it is needed. We will provide constant on-going support to make sure you are fully confident using the Eworks admin system and App.
We will work with you and do everything in our power to make sure you and your staff are fully trained and will even come down to your workplace in person giving you and your team onsite training, answer any questions you may have and we are also open to any suggestions that you think will make our system work best for you.
We offer phone support from 8-5 Monday to Friday and have an after-hours support email to put your mind at ease for any urgent queries that need answering.
